Hi, Friends. Last year during the holidays, many of you stepped up to purchase items from an Amazon wishlist for some friends of mine with 3 foster kids and we were able to send everything off their list!! This year, Id like to do something similar for another family near and dear to my heart.

Last week, I posted about a friend who is a single mama/Sole parent in need of some help getting her washer fixed that's been broken for months. While I was secretly hoping there might be a washing machine magician amongst my friends on FB, a couple of you reached out asking if you could send some funds to help... After speaking to my friend and getting her approval, Ive decided to do a little fundraiser to help her and her daughter reduce some stress and stay out of the winter cold just to find somewhere to get laundry done every week.

That said, as I mentioned before she has an efficiency unit, which is required for her space, so her only option is to fix it or replace the entire unit.

The cost to fix the unit is $652 while the cost to replace it is about $1300 for the cheapest one Ive seen. I will set the initial goal for the repair amount only but if we happen to surpass that goal, I won't end the fundraiser until we get to $1300.

I know times are hard for many right now, so a little prayer or good juju would be equally appreciated. I hope everyone is finding peace in the chaos and looking forward to the holiday season!! So much love to all!!
