Hi everyone,
My name is Kimmy and I’m Katie’s sister. Writing something like this is incredibly hard, but our family is asking for help because Katie and her four boys are going through one of the most difficult seasons of their lives.
If you know Katie, you know her entire world revolves around her kids. She is the proud mom of four amazing boys who mean absolutely everything to her. She works incredibly hard to give them a stable, loving, and safe home, even while navigating a very difficult divorce and custody process.
Over the past year, Katie has been fighting to protect her children and ensure they have stability, safety, and a healthy future. Unfortunately, the legal process has become extremely complex and expensive. The attorney fees required to properly represent herself and advocate for her boys have become overwhelming.
Like many parents in these situations, she never imagined needing to spend so much just to protect her family and move forward with their lives.
Katie isn’t someone who asks for help easily. She’s the one who shows up for everyone else. She works, she takes care of four energetic boys, and she continues to push forward every single day even when things feel incredibly heavy.
But the truth is, legal battles are expensive, and doing this alone while raising four kids is nearly impossible.
Our family is asking for support to help cover:
• Attorney fees
• Court costs
• Legal filings and required documentation
• Expenses related to custody proceedings
Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping Katie secure the legal representation she needs to protect her boys and finally move forward into a more peaceful and stable future.
If you’re not able to donate, sharing this page would mean the world to us.
Katie is an incredible mother who is doing everything she can to build a safe, happy life for her kids. We’re hoping our community can rally around her and remind her that she and her boys are not alone.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your love, support, and kindness.
-Kimmy
