Hello, my name is Adam. Today was supposed to be a fresh start for my two boys (ages 19 and 15) and me as we moved into our new apartment. But our hopes were shattered when a sudden fire erupted in the kitchen, destroying nearly everything we had just moved in.

We are now displaced, left without a place to call home, without clothes, furniture, or basic necessities. As a single father, it breaks my heart to see my sons go through this—and it’s not easy for me to ask for help. But right now, we are in desperate need.
