Bronze star, 82nd Airborne Veteran with polycystic kidney disease. Has been on dialysis for three years waiting on a kidney. he has a wife (Laura Cook manager of Boot Country) and five kids youngest is 14yrs old. We finally have an approved doner-my sister Lisa Blakely. All are Elks 599 members Hattiesburg Ms. We need everyone help to make this happen. We need help with lost wages, food, travel, hotel ,bills etc. Please help in anyway possible and pray for us. Anyone on dialysis at home knows what we have been going through at home. And our son has had to do more than any kid his age should have to...and seen a lot of pain and sickness. We always work hard and help others out as often as we can. Now we need your help.....
