I’m writing for someone very dear to me who wishes to remain anonymous. It took everything in them to allow me to share this. They are the person who always shows up — bringing meals, giving their last dollar, listening without judgment. Kind, generous, and selfless. Now, because of circumstances beyond their control, they are facing the heartbreaking possibility of losing their home. What was meant to be temporary hardship has become overwhelming debt, despite their tireless efforts to protect their children. Each day brings the same fear: Will there be enough for rent? Will there be food on the table? They are not asking for more than the basics — just a chance to breathe again and keep their children safe and secure. If you can give, even a small amount helps. If you can’t, sharing means everything. Thank you for showing them the same love they’ve always given so freely.
