Help a Rise of Witches come to life

Hello!

My name is Shane Akers, and I’m a rising Junior majoring in Games and Interactive Media, with a concentration in Narrative design at Greensboro College. At the beginning of the school year, I began working on a project that I quickly became passionate about. A Rise of Witches started as a game concept, and that is still the ultimate goal. But I wanted to have something tangible until then, something concrete. That's how I began the process of writing my first novel. With the help of my professors and peers, I wrote three feature-length screenplays. Then I began converting them into novel format. Now I have my first full draft of my first manuscript. Currently, I am trying to raise funds so I can begin my publishing journey for my story of 82,678 words. This includes Editors, Book covers, printing, etc. I’ll be working over the summer to raise money, but if you would be interested and donating, I would be more than grateful!
