Help a Revert for the Sake of Allah

This is her story below.

I am an English revert who accepted Islam almost 6 years ago & the only Muslim in my family

I am going through hardship financially after the divorce, being through domestic abuse and violence.

Currently in a women’s refuge temporary housing - a shared house with other non-Muslim women. I'm only Muslim here in hijab with my little son. I don’t have any friends supporting me and am also interested to forge meaningful friendships with other Muslim sisters and have faced years of loneliness after reverting.

Daily living costs are hard to manage and I’m always trying to make ends meet and asking for food vouchers etc. Most days I am down, and worrying how I will feed, clothe and provide other care for my son such as taking him to appointments/pre-school.

Unfortunately I do not have family I can turn to for financial help, accommodation etc...feel left alone to struggle.

Im currently living far away from London which is my home town, in an area not many Muslims reside.

I came to know of your masjid community was after coming to the Eid Salah earlier in the summer this year after I had heard on a reverts story they took their Shahada at your masjid and found everyone very welcoming.

I want to come back to my home town & be able to stand on my feet once I'm out of this shelter home.
