I am 70 years old retired from the Department of Human Services. I had a spinal infusion in 1983 with Harrington Rods . In 2018 started having severe pain at the base of my rods After MRIs and body scans they found I have hooks that were attached to the bottom of my rods that are corroding and cannot be removed. The pain and my mobility grows worse every year. I am now trying to obtain a walker because cannot obtain my balance while trying to walk. With lung issues and recovering from skin Cancer I'm having trouble paying all my co-payments for so many medical appointments having to cancel some. Cannot afford all my prescriptions and my credit cards are maxed out. I have social security retirement and a small pension from the local government but we with all the other bills I'm not making it. Was approved for $23.00 with snap. I know many people are suffering financially now and all I really ask is a small donation to help now and then. It's hard asking the public for assistance when at one time I helped many and never wanted nothing in return. Thank you for those that can help and if not prayers for myself and everyone who is hurting . I also have serious liver disease and lung disease. Have many prescriptions.

So many years of helping people going through the struggles of life meant so much to me and assisting my coworkers and Case Managers giving their hearts for the success of clients I never imagined having to ask for help, but now reaching out to people who may be able to lend a hand.
