We recently found a sweet dog abandoned on the side of the road in Newnan, GA. She was likely dumped and is severely underweight, scoring just a 2 out of 9 on the emaciation scale. Despite her rough start, she is incredibly loving and eager for affection, but it’s clear she’s never experienced the comfort of a real home. We want to give her the best chance at a happy, healthy life, but she’ll need some extra support to get there.

Our family is committed to helping her thrive. I cook all of our dogs’ food myself, and we’re ready to provide her with the love and care she deserves. Our hope is to be her forever family, and we’re working with K9 Integrated Solutions in Newnan, GA for a structured 3-week training program. This will help her learn how to live in a home, develop good behavior, and safely integrate with our other dog, who is very much an alpha female. With professional support, we hope to give both dogs the best chance at a happy life together.

If it turns out that our dogs aren’t a perfect match, we’re committed to finding her a loving family—and thanks to the training, she’ll be set up for success wherever she goes. Any donation, big or small, will go directly toward her training and care. We didn’t expect to take on another dog, but every life matters, and we want to set her up for success.
