Help a queer young adult stay housed and healthy

My name is Elliot, I’m a 22 year old trans person living with my partner and a third roommate in Alabama. Just before I turned 20, I was forcefully outed to my parents, and as a result I lost their financial support and was forced to move out without any preparation. If not for the help of my brothers and friends, I would have had nowhere to go. I was able to afford an apartment with my current roommate, but I struggle with chronic pain and severe mental illness that makes living everyday a struggle, and working enough hours to support myself is even harder.
For the past year, we have been living paycheck to paycheck, barely scraping by each month, all while slipping further into debt. Affording the basic necessities like groceries and toiletries is sometimes impossible for us, and I often have to set aside my own needs in order to keep a roof over our head. Someday I would like to move out of Alabama, to go back to college, and to pay for gender affirming therapy. Right now, I just want to survive. The smallest amount can go a long way for me right now.
