Help a QTBIPOC in need with Medical Bills
I have created this go fund me for a fellow QTBIPOC member of the community who is currently in need. Although we live in Canada, it is often assumed that our medical costs will be covered due to our health care system. This is sadly not the case. Currently, there is an individual who needs $900 per month to cover the cost for just one of their medications due to the fact that their Healthcare card had expired. Unfortunately it will take some time before it is renewed and they have it in their hands. In the meantime, they desperately need this medication in order to live. We are trying to raise the cost of three rounds of one medication ($2800 this would include any GoFundMe fees as well) to make sure they can get their medication until their healthcard is renewed and delivered.
