Hi, my name is Brittney. I never imagined I’d be in a position where I’d need to ask for help like this, but me & my children’s safety and stability come first. Just days before Christmas, my husband unexpectedly left our family. I am currently 9 months pregnant and caring for my two children while trying to keep a roof over our heads, the lights on, and a sense of normalcy for them during a time that has been incredibly painful and disorienting. This situation unfolded suddenly, leaving me without the financial support I had planned on. I’ve used every emergency and community resource available to me, but I’m still falling short of what’s needed to stay afloat during this transition. I am asking for help to bridge this gap not for comfort or extras, but for stability, safety, and independence while I rebuild.
