Help A Paw Program by K9 Vacay LA
Donation protected
My name is Veronica Brillon, and I am the owner of K9 Vacay LA , a dog daycare, boarding and training facility located in Century City. I have over 15 years of experience in training dogs and am Pet CPR and AKC (Canine Good Citizen) certified. Unfortunately, throughout my career, I have witnessed countless and various cases of neglect. Sometimes, the culprit is the owner; lack of pet care knowledge, impatience and apathy are all vectors of negligence, leading to downright abuse. For most families, however, a lack of financial, structural, or housing security significantly compromises their capacity to bring their furry friend's necessary care and attention, forcing them to surrender ownership. In either case, a dog suffers. So, I created Help A Paw , a program and extension of my dog daycare/training business dedicated to rehoming lost, abused, or displaced pups.

Due to unprecedented and lasting complications caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Help A Paw is in danger, and we need YOUR help to keep it running! Your generous donations will provide food, shelter, training, and veterinary care for at-risk dogs surrendered into our program. Please help us keep them safe until their families can reclaim them, or we can rehome them!
Our mission:
1. Correct animal cruelty
2. We help families and their pets stay together
3. Smoothly transition pets to loving homes
Help A Paw Success Stories :
1. Chita - Her owner, died, and we kept her with us until her family could come and get her
2. Maui - Was left at home alone for hours on end with no care. We rehomed him successfully.
3. Hamilton and Summo - Stayed with us for six months until the owner found a place to keep them.

Your donation of $5 or $10 keeps our dogs fed; it helps us get the dog's vet care and keep crates and blankets clean. There is no price tag on compassion. Every bit of kindness helps. We thank you for your time and consideration.
