Help a young mom with Chrons Disease in Hospice

For the last year I have struggled really bad with Chrons disease. The last 6 months it has started to affect my other organs, I have spent almost every day in the hospital missing out on my child’s life. The treatments have stopped working and so I have decided to go home on hospice. I am making this because I have bills and in home care needed.
