Help A Nursing Student Become A Nurse
FUNDED!! Thank you!!!
I am campaigning on behalf of my daughter, April, who is in the final stretch of the Nursing Program at University Of San Francisco (USF).
April is about to embark on her final semester of the program and has just been slammed with a tuition bill of over $15,000. Apparently because she had to delay her enrollment in to the program, and extend it to 9 semesters due to a cancer related surgery, she has lost all her grants and funding, resulting in a $15,000 deficit during her final stretch of the program. The carpet has been fully pulled out from under her.
We are expected to submit a payment of $15,000 to the school by January 4th, or she will not be able to attend her final semester. <== We have received an extension to Feb 4th!.
Please, as much as I try to be self sufficient, but have been chasing medical bills for the past twenty yrs. Medical bills along with tuition we are already paying, have made self sufficiency insurmountable, so we could use a little help.
Nursing school has been a challenge for her from day one. She has faced the challenges head on despite many external issues including financial challenges, COVID, illness and a chronically ill parent. Regardless, she has persevered. Her professors all believe she will make an outstanding nurse, as do I.
April is an incredibly selfless person who is always concerned with the well being of others. It will be a tremendous loss to the community if she were to fall short as the result of financial challenges - any investment in her ability to complete this program will be returned to the world ten fold.
I only have until February 4th.
Thank you - for taking the time to read this - even if you cannot support her directly, passing this message to others is in and of itself appreciated beyond words.
