I am reaching out on behalf of my close friend Leonard, a 26-year-old nursing student who is deeply committed to his education and future career in healthcare. Leonard works at the college while attending school, but because he doesn't meet the hourly requirements, he doesn't qualify for health or dental insurance. This has left him in a difficult position during a time when he urgently needs care.

Leonard is currently suffering from a broken molar that is causing severe pain and is likely infected. He has been advised that he needs a root canal as soon as possible to prevent the infection from spreading and to avoid more serious complications. The pain has begun to interfere with his daily life and his ability to focus on school. The cost of the procedure, along with exams, imaging, medications, and any additional treatment needed to fully restore the tooth, is more than he can manage on his own as a student.
