I’m reaching out on behalf of a sweet soul that I met during the transition course of my BSN program. She is currently a nursing student and a single mom, working hard every day to balance school, parenting, and the responsibilities that come with providing for a household on her own.

Nursing school is incredibly demanding, and while she is fully committed to finishing the program, the financial strain of paying out of pocket monthly has become overwhelming. Unfortunately, she does not qualify for financial aid or student loan approval at this time. She has explored every option available, but without those resources, she is left trying to cover tuition and everyday living expenses entirely on her own. Unlike many students, she also does not have family support to fall back on during difficult moments.

Despite these obstacles, she remains determined to finish nursing school because she knows what it represents: stability, the ability to provide for her child, and the opportunity to care for others in her community. Nursing is more than a career to her-it is a calling and a path toward a better life for her family.

I created this fundraiser to help bridge the gap so she can stay focused on completing her education instead of worrying about how she will meet basic financial obligations each month.
