Hi, if you’re reading this we are likely Facebook friends, and you know I’m a physician. I work closely with nurses and some of them I’ve gotten to know and love like family. This month, I’ve learned that one of the kindest, most caring nurses I’ve worked with is going through an extraordinarily difficult time in her life. One of the difficulties she is facing which is amenable to outside help is financial difficulty. She regularly works overtime and did the same through each COVID surge, but even the extra hours are not enough to make ends meet to support her family through this period.

If you have some extra funds and are willing to help my former colleague and dear friend make ends meet, a little bit of help will go a long way in changing her life and helping her family out of hard times.
