Help a nomad replace a car window

I’m a nomad and depend on my car to get me where I need to go. I’ve been in Baltimore for a few months and my car window got busted open this week. I’m disabled and have a very low income and can’t afford to buy a new window. I’d be extremely grateful to anyone that could help me get myself a new window Sinai can safely drive my car.
