Help a Nice guy through a tough time

I am Carol Fuchs McCahan and I am raising money for my brother David Fuchs.  Dave is a loving, caring soul, a hard worker and a jokester who is always quick to make you laugh.  He served his country in the Army.   On April 13th our Dad died. 2 days later our 60 year old ex- Brother-in-Law died suddenly. That week Dave sought medical services for what turned out to be severe shingles on his face and also found out he had cancer in his throat that had been caused by a virus. The tumor had wrapped itself around his jugular vein making it inoperable, but was told it is curable.  A couple weeks after that we found out our 35 year old niece had a brain tumor and needed brain surgery.  Last week Dave's air conditioner stopped working, which can be dangerous for someone undergoing cancer treatment, especially with the heat we've been experiencing.  Dave lost his job due to Covid-19 and is currently undergoing chemo and radiation treatments. He has no source of income and no insurance and needs some help to get through this hard time. He has faith that he will beat this but currently is hardly even able to swallow water because his throat is so sore from the 5 times a week radiation treatments. An avid gardener, Dave is sad he has lost his sense of taste from the treatments and cannot  eat the fruits (tomatoes!) of his labors. We have hope he will regain the sense of taste when he is done with treatments.
Dave and his wife Cathy remain positive and are trying to stay upbeat during this difficult time, and are very appreciative of all that anyone does for them.  Any amount would help and we appreciate everyone's support.
