Help New Mother of Twins in Crisis: Doula Support

Dear Friends and Aphrodite Community Members,

I am reaching out on behalf of a long time IVF patient of mine.

She and her husband struggled for years with IVF to finally give birth to twins in January of this year.

This should have been a time of celebration, but tragically four weeks after labor and delivery, her husband suffered a severe brain bleed, leaving him in a coma with little chance of recovery.

In these moments, when life feels overwhelmingly unfair, the power of community support is imperative.

Her twins are 6 weeks old and I am rallying our community to provide night time doula support for her for as long as we can fund.

I am calling on all of us to rally around this new mama and her newborn twins.

Our Goal: Nighttime Doula Support

To provide my a patient with the support she needs, we are raising funds to hire a night doula for the twins. This support is not just about giving her the chance to rest; it's about giving her space to process her grief.
