My car was stolen and found totaled. It was my only form of transportation, not just to get to work, but also to take my baby to doctor’s appointments and get groceries. Trying to recover from childbirth, take care of a newborn, and now figure out transportation has been extremely overwhelming.

I had to return to work three weeks postpartum because my maternity leave was unpaid, and money has been tight ever since. I’ve been doing everything I can to stay afloat and provide for my daughter, but this situation has me feeling like I’m drowning.
