Dear Bedstuy folks and dear Clem and Le Petit family members.

This is not an easy request to make...

Some might not know this, but Le Petit Monstre on Tompkins Ave, the big sister by the Navy Yard, and Clementine Bakery on Classon are part of one big family.

We share the same values and have always tried to give our best to serve the community that is important to us. Break-ins are part of running a business in New York City and happen to us several times a year but this last week we were hit twice and took significant damage at two of our locations in the middle of the winter where every food business is struggling to stay afloat already.

On Sunday the 21st around 8pm someone cut through our newly built outdoor space at Clementine on Classon and smashed in the front door, stealing the register. The same thing but with more damage happened at 309 Tompkins early morning today.

We are kindly asking you to help us out with a dollar or two to be able to finance the necessary expenses that come with the repairs of the windows and interior that has been damaged.
