Help a needy couple

Pam and Eddie are both disabled. Pam often uses her grocery money to help keep the electricity on  thru Glasgow EPB/ Upay. They need two hundred to get the billing changed to a monthly bill. That's all they are asking for is $200.

They have no support lines to lean on and came to me in need of help. I'm hoping a bunch of people might dip into their pockets and give them $20 each and we could have this done in no time.

Pam and Eddie would be extremely grateful to anyone that could help them.
