Help a Mother Rebuild After a Year of Crisis

Just 12 hours before giving birth to my third child, Judah, I packed up bits and pieces of our lives and fled an unsafe home. I barely made it to the hospital in time, and when Judah was born, he was urgently rushed away for life-saving care.

Judah had open-heart surgery at just four days old. We spent about a month in the hospital as he recovered, only to face a serious blood infection the morning we were scheduled to discharge. Since then, we have dealt with multiple medical emergencies. He underwent another heart procedure and is now awaiting a second open-heart surgery. It was originally scheduled for February but continues to be delayed due to ongoing health issues. His health is still in a delicate state until he is fully healed from his next surgery.

On top of all of this, one of my older children experienced a significant mental health crisis that required urgent and consistent care. Navigating these challenges primarily on my own has been a heavy load to carry.

I am giving my all to support and care for my children as we heal, but the financial pressures during this season are immense. I am humbly asking for support to cover essential needs, such as reliable transportation and living expenses, as we await Judah’s heart to be fully mended.
