As some of you may already know the reason behind this and some don’t. Recently, I was served by the other party's lawyer with a lot of demands and lies. I have an injunction order as well as a no-contact order against this person. Now they want to file for 50/50 custody of my youngest and state that I have kept him away from the kids.

I am a single mom, I do not get a penny from him and have not gotten any help at all. He had supervised visits, but that was closed due to him missing his time to be with them. My name was removed from the mortgage as well as other accounts, leaving me with no access.
