On December 28, my sister, who is a mother of 7 children, was driving home from work. She was driving through an intersection on a green light and was struck by car that ran a red light causing her car to spin out of control and hit head on another car. Her car was completely totaled. The driver then fled the scene and is now considered a hit and run. My sister and her 10-year-old daughter were rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately, my sister doesn’t have health insurance and due to the hit and run there is no insurance coverage for the vehicle. There are still 5 children that are under age living with her and now they are left without any transportation. Due to major physical injuries, she is in need of treatments for recovery. As well as she is now unable to work. In addition to living expenses, she will have a surplus medical bills and as well as in need of another vehicle. If it will lay on your heart to help in any way, including prayer, we will truly be grateful.
