In July of 2022, I gave birth to a baby girl a month early due to abuse. I would not see that baby until she was 1 and a half years old, and I regained her after my ex and a wealthy couple tried to force an adoption that I did not want. They used many means to try and force this adoption, from making me homeless to trying to force me into mental health facilities against my will (this did not work), to having me arrested and thrown in jail through illegal means. It all culminated in me losing my housing, my car, all my savings, and my health but gaining the most important thing in the world, my daughter.

My fiancé, the PI I hired to find my daughter, and a disabled veteran and I had to leave Texas due to stalking, harassment, and violence against us. This culminated in us moving to government-subsidized housing in Michigan and him acquiring a job that gave us a brief glimpse of stability. But now that is all being threatened again as my ex, the man who abused me while pregnant in hopes I miscarry, found me and is trying to take full custody of my daughter simply so he doesn't have to pay child support. He cites that I don't have a running car and live in government-subsidized housing as reasons he should get full custody of the child he wanted unalived or in the system just so he doesn't have to pay child support.

My goal with this GoFundMe is to repair my car so I can work again and purchase a small house on land so that the courts will look on me more favorably and hire a lawyer to fight to not have my child given to a man who would harm her. I am prepared to represent myself in court, but a lawyer would more than likely do better than I would. So please share this and donate if able.
