Hello,

My name is Brooke, and I am making this fundraiser today on behalf of my incredible sister, nieces and nephews. Her little family is going through an incredibly difficult and unexpected situation, and we’re asking for support during one of the hardest moments of my sister’s life.

My sister is a loving, devoted mother who has always done everything she can to provide a safe and caring environment for her children. Recently, she was served with emergency custody papers that have completely turned her world upside down. Due to a missed court date—one she was unaware of because important documents were sent to a previous address—she is now facing an urgent and complex custody battle after relocating SAFELY to Florida.

She has been told she must return to Pennsylvania immediately to address this situation in court and fight to be present in her children’s lives. This sudden requirement has left her scrambling. She currently does not have stable housing in Pennsylvania and will need to stay there for an extended period while this legal process unfolds.

We are raising funds to help her cover:

• Emergency travel back to Pennsylvania

• Temporary housing and basic living expenses

• Legal fees for custody representation

• Child-related expenses during this transition

This is not just a legal battle…its a devoted mother doing everything she can to be there for her children and protect their stability during a confusing and emotional time.
