Help a Mother Battle Cancer for Her Child

Dear friends, kind-hearted supporters,

We are raising funds for Jovana Stanišić, a 40-year-old mother from Bor, Serbia, who has been bravely battling cancer for over three years. Born in 1984, Jovana is a devoted mom to a 10-year-old boy — and her greatest wish is simply to live long enough to see him finish elementary school.

Despite undergoing every available treatment option in Serbia, her condition has worsened. The disease is now in an advanced stage, and metastases in her lungs are spreading rapidly. Time is critical.

Her only remaining option is targeted therapy in Germany — a costly but potentially life-extending treatment. We are seeking to raise €100,000 to cover the costs of therapy, travel, and accommodation.

In her own words:

“I’m tired of fighting, but I don’t want to give up. I just want to live — for my son. It’s my biggest wish to be there for his graduation.”
