We are fundraising to support a disabled mother and child who had to flee their home with nothing due to domestic violence. They are in need of financial support while they navigate the system and seek stability and safety. Funds will go towards housing, food, clothing, medical and other basic supplies. This financial support will also be crucial if there ends up being a need to completely restart life due to the ongoing threat of domestic violence.

Community support is especially important right now because the current administration has currently withheld funds that would otherwise assist Domestic violence organizations. Due to this, all shelters in the area are full resulting in the need to find and pay for more expensive temporary housing.

This has been a quickly emerging and extremely stressful situation - any support can allow this wonderful mother and child find stability and safety as soon as possible.
