Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I am a Muslim single mother living in (*****) with my 6-month-old baby, reaching out with a heavy heart during one of the most difficult times of my life.

We were abandoned since my baby was born by his father and have no where to go. Since the beginning of my marriage, I have had no financial or emotional support from my husband or his family. I was not allowed to work, and my husband worked abroad, leaving me to face everything alone.

During my pregnancy, I endured severe psychological abuse, which deeply affected my health. My baby’s birth was entirely paid using my mother’s savings, due to a missing father and no insurance. I am now having to raise my baby alone while struggling with postpartum challenges, emotional exhaustion, and financial depletion.

I have reached a point where I have nothing left to fall back on. No family , no relatives or friends. I don’t have any mehram in my household. I am doing everything I can to find work and rebuild a stable life for my baby and myself but until then, I am in desperate need of help.

Through this fundraiser, I am hoping to find some financial stability enough to provide for my baby’s essentials and a place to rent/ monthly bills to keep us safe. This amount will only cover 3 months worth as it’s extremely costly to live here without any support and a new born baby. This is the first step to recover from the trauma and abuse, and to gather the strength I need to stand on my own feet again.
