Help a mom’s Cuban food truck dream come true in MA!!!

Hi!!!❤️ For a long time now, I've wanted to start a business of some sort but never decided what kind. I knew it had to be something I'd love, duh!!! And not much else makes me happier than good food! Since moving to MA, I've noticed the lack of Cuban food!

Let me tell you, you New Englanders have been missing out. But that will be no more!!! Encanto Cubano Cafe will fix that. Cuban coffee?? Yes, please.

Fresh handmade empanadas, Cuban pastries, Cuban coffee and Cuban bread will put a spell on your taste buds.

Help me bring this business to life and simultaneously help a dream of mine come true. The money will be used towards buying a food truck, and acquiring the proper equipment for handling and cooking food.

I can't wait to call my abuela and tell her about my first day operating as a real small business serving Cuban food. She will be so proud. She already cried when I told her my plan/goals.
