Hi, my name is Kasia. I’m the mom of two wonderful boys (13 and 3 years old) and the owner of a small, artisan bakery that was born from turning dreams into reality. Twelve years ago, I baked my first loaf of bread. Since then, step by step, loaf by loaf, guided by the idea of creating real, traditional baked goods made with pure, natural ingredients — the way they used to be — I’ve come to where I am today.

A few months ago, I opened my own bakery. It’s a tiny business that I love with all my heart, one that I pour my soul into, and whose warm, family-like atmosphere attracts amazing people. Here, I share my passion openly, offering my heart and knowledge in every product. It’s not only my passion and way of life, but also our family’s future and source of income.

Unfortunately, life changed unexpectedly — I was left on my own. The person I relied on every day, who helped me run the business, simply left. I’m trying my best, but I can’t manage to reorganize everything overnight. Now I’m a single mom, and my boys need me. I can’t be at the bakery at night preparing goods for my customers and at home with my children at the same time. I do everything I can while the kids are at school and nursery, but it’s not enough to cover our living costs, business bills, and invoices.

The bakery has been open for only a few months, so I don’t yet have the financial cushion to afford a longer break.

That’s why I’m asking for your help and support.

I don’t want to lose the dream I’ve fought for all these years — the dream I’ve put so much work and heart into, and which has just begun to bring results. I need a few weeks to find, train, and bring a new employee on board so that I can get back on track.
