Need a lawyer to Help a Mom Reclaim Her Home and Life

I need a little help here. Here’s the story... My daughter was in a very abusive and manipulative relationship for 7 years. They have two children. When my mom passed away, my daughter received an inheritance. She took that inheritance and purchased a small house (fixer-upper). In order for her to do this, she was threatened that he would take the kids away and she would never see them again if she didn’t put his name on the deed. Because of the fear of losing her babies, she put him on, unfortunately.

So here we are now... She finally got out of that horrible relationship and moved and was planning on selling the house, which she knew she would have to give him a portion of the sale. She got word from a neighbor that he and his girlfriend (and her kids) are now living in that house. He didn’t have a key, so I am assuming he broke in. My daughter wants to sell it so she has something to start over and move on, he won’t sign off and she needs legal help..please help my daughter all donations will be used for

lawyer and filing fees..anything left over will be used to for her and her children to start over..they didn’t have much but each other
