I’m a mom of four young children, and when I couldn’t find a job that worked around their school hours, I decided to create my own path. I started cooking from home, pouring my love and passion into every meal. It’s been amazing to see people enjoy the food I create, and I’ve truly fallen in love with cooking as a way to support my family.

As a solo parent with no real family support, I’ve worked hard to save up for my dream of opening a storefront or ghost kitchen. I’ve managed to save on my own, but I’m still short of what I need to make this dream a reality. Having a storefront would mean so much—not just for me and my children, but for our community. It would allow me to offer more employment opportunities, provide a stable income for my family, and have a reliable place to store and sell my food. With a set schedule and extra hands from hiring staff, I could finally balance my responsibilities as a parent and a business owner.
