My name is Ratna Miah many of you in the community know me and trust me with helping others .

During this blessed Ramadan I have only one goal in mind :

I know many of you have asked if I’m organizing any charity programs this year. I wanted to focus on one cause this Ramadan which is helping my good friend who recently lost her spouse secure her home. I need 4700 of us in our ummah to come together and donate $50 each, so we can raise enough money to pay off her home and give her financial freedom from any mortgage payments. This will give her the opportunity to start over and allow her kids to grow up in the home their father left them, Insha'Allah.

I know this is a huge goal, but I really need everyone to come together and help accomplish this goal for our amazing sister and her kids. May this Ramadan turn this sorrow into joy and fill their lives with Noor and barakah.

I will personally handle paying off the mortgage balance in full. I will also upload pictures once the balance is paid off. I am taking on this responsibility to help out my good friend and sister.

Any extra funds left over will be used as sadaqa jariya in the deceased brother name .
