It has been humbling for me to even have to consider creating a GoFundMe, but I've exhausted every other option. I'm desperately trying to get my new business started so I can provide for my family, especially my sons. Anyone who knows me knows I am not afraid of hard work and am dedicated to doing whatever I can for my friends, family, and clients. I'm posting this in hopes that just this once, you all might be willing to help me. Any and every little bit helps. Please help me launch my business. As some of you may know, I am launching my own Charcuterie Catering Cart! We already have 5 events booked for this year! We will be doing weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and community events. My first event is in less than a month and unfortunately, I have spent every cent I have on licensing, insurance, equipment, and securing a commissary to work out of. I am still working full-time to pay all of my household bills as well. Now I am $3,000 short to purchase food and paper goods for the event, secure my dry and cold storage for the month, and reserve hours in the commissary to prep my food. This event is a community event with food vouchers so I am guaranteed traffic and sales! It has exposure to over 2,700 people from all over the United States over the course of 3 days.
