I am a mother of 3 and wife of a wonderful husband. Over the last 9 years I have been battling with symptoms that have been debilitating at times. I have been seeing multiple different doctors over the years with no answers. I was able to get a specialty scan back in June of 2025 and finally received a much awaited diagnosis. It is deemed that I have cranial cervical instability. The ligaments in my neck are damaged causing excessive movement and allowing the vertebrae to twist and shift forward and side to side. I recently saw a specialist that does stem cell implantation into the ligaments to help them restore their strength. They are estimating that I will need 2-4 of these procedures at the cost of $12,500 per time. The procedure will take place in Denver. I will also have to see an AO chiropractor in Des Moines multiple times a month. With the high cost of the procedure itself that are not covered by health insurance and the travel cost for all of the chiropractic care, we could really use and of the help we can get to stay afloat.
