Please help us support our friend Adam S. receive a stem cell treatment to get his mobility and life back.
Adam S. is a medically retired Navy SEAL, husband, and father of two young daughters. After twelve years of service, Adam now faces daily pain in his hips and knees from injuries sustained during his military career. This pain makes it hard for him to keep up with his family, sleep through the night, or focus on building a new career after the Navy. Despite trying every standard treatment, nothing has brought lasting relief.
Recently, Adam’s doctors recommended Stem Cell and PRP therapy as his best hope for recovery. Unfortunately, insurance won’t cover this treatment, and the cost is more than Adam’s family can manage. Every donation will go directly toward Adam’s procedure, giving him a real chance to live without constant pain and be the father and husband he wants to be. Any extra funds raised over the target will be donated to HeroesandHorses.org to support other veterans. Thank you for supporting Adam’s journey to recovery and renewed hope.
