Hey, my name is Matt. I’m 37.

This year has been one hard hit after another. I was recently diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (AFib). It’s left me unable to work and has knocked me around pretty badly.

On top of that, my Ford Territory — a car that’s been a ripper for me — has completely given up. The oil light came on, then the knocking started, and now she’s toast. It left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. Thankfully some good mates helped me out, but I can’t afford the repairs or a replacement right now.

All I want is to look after my family and be able to see my little ones this Christmas. I’m not someone who asks for help easily, but I’m drowning at the moment and desperate times call for it.

Any support, no matter how small, would mean the world and help me get back on my feet.
