# From Homelessness to Purpose

My name is Sheldon Howard. I am a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, author, and creator currently living in Germany.

For most of my adult life, I have worked. Whether in the military, as a barber, in management, or through my writing and research, I have always found a way to keep moving forward.

Today, I am facing one of the hardest chapters of my life.

After losing my job, experiencing significant financial hardship, and becoming trapped in administrative delays while waiting for assistance, I have found myself homeless and struggling to meet basic needs. I am currently waiting on government benefits and veteran-related claims that are still being processed, but those systems move slowly while real life continues every day.

Despite everything, I have refused to quit.

Over the past several years, I have written and published six books, produced audiobooks, launched a podcast, and developed a project called P.Ai.O.S. (The Personal AI Operating System). My work focuses on helping people think clearly, make better decisions, and maintain human judgment in a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence and institutional pressure.

This fundraiser is not about giving up.

It is about creating enough stability to continue moving forward.

Your support will help cover immediate necessities such as food, transportation, housing, communication expenses, and basic living costs while I work through this transition and continue building the projects I have dedicated years of my life to creating.
