Hi everyone,

Last Friday, our home in Lynn was destroyed in a fire. In just a few hours, everything we owned was gone. This house has been our home since I first moved to this state, and now we’re left trying to figure out how to start again from nothing.

I live with my husband, two kids — my 8-year-old daughter and my 14-year-old son — along with my dad, my mom, my niece, my sister-in-law, and our family dog. Thankfully, we all made it out safely, including our dog, but we’ve lost everything: our clothes, furniture, and all the things that made our house a home.

We’re still trying to find a stable place to stay and replace the essentials — clothes, food, and school supplies for the kids. The past few days have been filled with heartbreak and confusion, but also gratitude that we’re safe and together.

I’m not used to asking for help, but right now, we really need it. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help us rebuild our lives step by step — from finding a place to live to getting basic necessities for everyone in the family. Even sharing this page means so much. Our goal is to raise $40,000 to help cover temporary housing, essentials, and the long road of rebuilding our lives after the fire
