Help a Loving Father Secure His Rights

Hi, my name is Ty. I'm a 48 year old proud father of 2 amazing boys. My oldest is 19 and is currently serving as a United States Marine and my youngest is 12 and resides with his mother. This is in regards to my youngest son. I'm reaching out for support in my journey to maintain a meaningful presence in his life. Due to unforeseen legal challenges I'm in need of financial assistance to secure fair custody and visitation rights so I can continue being the involved, loving father that he deserves.

So to give you an overview of my current situation, my son's mom and I got divorced 4 years ago. During that time I have always been there for my son. I've never missed any visitation, I've never missed child support payments, I've been there for all his school functions and sporting events, my kids are my world. Without getting into all the details, my son's mom is withholding my visitation and she's trying to permanently remove me from my son's life. It's currently been 23 days since I've seen or spoken to my son.

It's been a rough couple months. I had some recent family matters to tend to that caused me to exhaust all of my paid time off from work. And even after that I still had to take more time off with no pay. I was caring for my mom while she was on hospice. We lost her to Renal Failure on September 23rd 2024.

With that being said, I've exhausted all my resources to resolve these issues, I am now facing significant legal costs that I simply cannot manage on my own. I am seeking support to cover attorneys fees, court filings, and all other expenses involved in this process. Your help would allow me to continue fighting for fair and equal time with my son.

I believe that having both parents actively involved is essential for my son's happiness and well-being. I want to be there for him through every milestone and I'm committed to showing up as the loving, reliable father he can count on.
