My son, Cohen Capitola, is a Senior at University High school in Orange City, FL and has been given a once in a lifetime honor. His band has been invited to perform in the 2027 New Year’s Day Parade in London! This is an incredible opportunity for Cohen to represent his school, his community, and all of us on an international stage.

Graduation doesn’t stop the music! Although Cohen will be a graduate by the time of the trip, he will still be marching proudly with his high school band family in London. It’s a tradition that seniors who’ve dedicated their time and talent to the band get to join this incredible international performance.

As you can imagine, this amazing trip comes with big expenses. The total cost is $4,250 per student, spread out in monthly payments between now and October 2026. I have already paid the first deposit to secure his spot, but we need help covering the rest so that he doesn’t miss out on this dream experience.

We’re setting up this fundraiser to cover the full cost of his trip. If we are blessed enough to raise beyond that amount, those funds will go toward helping me join him so that I can cheer him on in person and share this milestone with him, as well as towards fundraisers for the University High School Titan Regiment Marching Band.
