Help a Local Athlete Compete Internationally!

My name is William Bourke and I row for the University of Rhode Island. I will serve as team captain for the 2023-2024 season, and I am a member of the Men’s Varsity 8 Boat. I am entering my Junior year studying Chemical Engineering with a plan to enter medical school upon graduation. I am very proud to announce that I have been invited to join the USA Nationals Team to compete at the Summer FISU University Games in Chengdu, China!

My summer will consist of many hours of training both domestically and internationally, along with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel to China with Team USA! I can take advantage of this opportunity through the support of my parents and team, but I am looking for additional support to cover other out-of-pocket expenses. Any form of support is greatly appreciated!
