If you're here, you probably know me from a couple of places. I'm an "artist", and I put a lot of love into everything I do.

I suffer from chronic illnesses that severely affect my digestive system. I have gastroparesis, as well as IBS. Sprinkled on top of that is autism and BPD, which all together make things like eating and keeping in nutrients very hard. Recently, I've been trying to deal with a sleep issue I've been having, and after many appointments and waiting, I finally know I have UARS.

Needless to say, I deal with the medical system a lot. I've been back and forth, in and out of doctors appointments all my life. And I'm sure a lot of other Americans can relate -- medical stuff is expensive.

I do commissions for income, but I know I undercharge. I love drawing things for people, I love helping them bring their ideas to life. So I try to price my art fairly for people who'd want it, but sometimes it really is hard to stay afloat with how I operate.

I don't make a lot of money a month. I feel guilty falling behind on work, so I've been trying to avoid taking on work unless my bank account is in double digits. I'm trying to catch up, but with my health and how awful my household is, it's been hard to power through this.

With all that out of the way, this is about my medical bills. I've been trying to keep up with them, but between making rent and being able to pay for food, it's been rough being able to pay for them.

There's no way I can take on enough commissions to pay them back. I'd, quite frankly, crash out if I had to do that much more additional work.

So here I am, doing one of the things I hate doing -- asking for help.

From the bottom of my heart, I'd appreciate any help. I can't repay you as I'd like, but I can promise the help will be met with deepest gratitude.
