Help a little girl get urgently needed palette expanders

My young daughter is in urgent need of pallet expanders. This is something we had already been expecting and preparing for, but we were not aware nor told by anyone beforehand that Medicaid did not cover this cost despite it being needed. Her jaw is several teeth too small and no more can emerge because there is so much crowding. Her adult teeth are now jammed against other adult teeth and has one as far up as her nasal cavity due to front tooth flaring and adult tooth blockage. We need to start this process as soon as possible but as we already almost lost our home last month, there is no extra money for it. Thank you in advance for anything you are able to contribute.
