My name is Shafi, and I am fundraising for a very dear and needy family in Karachi, Pakistan with whom I am remarkably familiar. Their Identity has been kept private as a respect. I have posted picture of her most recent blood work. Mother had been diagnosed with blood cancer, Leukemia, several years ago and now it has worsened to the point that Doctor has recommended chemotherapy. Her WBC count which used to be around 63,000 in 2023 and recently has gone up to 279,000 and turned into an aggressive LEUKEMIA. Her appointments with doctors usually require repeated blood work, CT scans, MRI, many other expensive tests and cost related to transportation every month. Her husband is disabled and bedbound due to stroke and kidney failure and there is no consistent financial income to support this family's medical care and routine household needs. In order to do chemotherapy, she will need close to 2 Lacs Pak rupees per month for next 6-9 months. In addition, rising cost of living is making it exceedingly difficult for this family to pay their monthly rent and rising electricity bills which are getting out of control lately in Karachi. 

They have exhausted all their savings over the past few years. This family like many others is one of those who do not ask for help from others openly. I happened to know them very well and due to their rising expenditures of medical bills along with cost of living, I decided to help them out with your support. All I can say is that this family like so many others is in desperate need of our help to face their urgent financial challenges.
