We are reaching out for any assistance available for Jamie and her two young boys, who were severely affected by the devastation of Category 5 Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica.

Jamie is a devoted mother doing everything she can to provide and keep her children safe, but the storm has left their living conditions as well as her business extremely difficult. Their home was directly impacted by the hurricane, and they are now facing the following major challenges:

• Severe roof damage, causing water to pour into the home

• No electricity or running water

• Very limited phone signal, making communication difficult

• Minimal access to food and basic supplies

• Furniture, clothing, and the children’s beds all soaked and damaged

• Unstable and unsafe living conditions overall

Jamie is trying to protect and care for her boys while navigating the aftermath of a disaster that has taken nearly everything from them. Any funds received will go directly toward helping them meet critical needs, including:

• A generator for basic lighting and cooking

• Food and clean water

• Repairs and weather-proofing to stabilize their home and prevent further damage

• School supplies for the children
